Leading the way for Goldilocks are the sweet and silky profiles of Baroida Estate from PNG and Inzá Onza from Colombia, complimenting perfectly the rich chocolatey base set by the Selo Azul from Brazil.

You'll find a balanced cup with milk caramel, subtle orange notes and a smooth raspberry acidity. It has a velvety mouthfeel with a rich chocolate fudge finish.
