We're delighted to be sharing our first Indonesian coffee with you. It's bright, balanced and thoughtfully produced.

This washed Sulawesi microlot layers cooked pear and milk chocolate with hints of dried orange and pecan. It’s got mellow, balanced acidity and a rounded sweetness that makes for an easy, everyday drinker.

Grown in the highlands of Gowa and carefully processed at Yolan’s Malino mill, this Typica lot is all about clarity and balance. Yolan has spent the past few years focusing on improving how coffee is grown and processed locally, working closely with nearby farmers and setting up small mills and drying stations. The farm avoids chemical fertilizers, and coffee is processed using both washed and natural methods, with drying adapted to the region’s humidity.
