What Recess Coffee say
A lovely coffee from the Northern Province of Rwanda. Nkara is a washed Red Bourbon from the Dukunde Kawa Cooperative, produced by around 130 smallholder farmers at 1,880m.
This one is a peaberry, meaning instead of the usual two seeds developing inside the coffee cherry, just one develops, taking up the whole cherry and forming one little round bean. These are separated out during milling and make up this special lot.
A proper tea-like coffee.. Earl Grey tea, chamomile florals and Pink Lady apple. Clean, delicate and super delicious.
