What Redbrick Coffee say
Located near the village of Aricha in Ethiopia's celebrated Yirgacheffe region, Adorsi is a washing station owned and operated by Testi Specialty Coffee, a family-run company founded by Faysel Abdosh. The station works with smallholder producers from the surrounding villages, bringing together carefully grown coffee cherries that reflect the unique character of this remarkable coffee-growing landscape. Sitting at almost 2,000 metres above sea level, Adorsi benefits from cool conditions that allow coffee to dry slowly, helping to develop sweetness and complexity in the cup.
This washed lot showcases the elegance that has made Yirgacheffe one of the world's most admired coffee regions. In the cup, juicy raspberry notes provide vibrant sweetness and lift, while hints of Earl Grey tea bring delicate floral complexity and a silky finish. Sweet, expressive, and beautifully balanced, a coffee that speaks to both place and people.
