Sourced from the Guji region of Ethiopia, specifically from the Oakato or Chebega areas at an altitude of 2,000 meters. The mountainous climate with significant day-night temperature differences allows the cherries to mature slowly, accumulating nutrients and sugars. After natural processing, the beans retain a high sugar content, giving the coffee a delightful fermentation aroma with fruity notes. The medium roast highlights flavors of candy, dark chocolate, and cherry-forward red wine.
