This coffee is from the Santa Rosa region of Guatemala, grown at an altitude of 1,300 meters. The volcanic soil, rich in minerals and slightly acidic, provides the coffee cherries with abundant nutrients, creating a unique floral aroma. The washed processing gives the coffee a clean and refined taste. Paired with milk, it offers a matcha-like freshness, while as a black coffee, it delivers a bold, whisky-like intensity. The medium roast presents flavors of mixed berries, black tea, and yogurt.
