What Bench Coffee Co. say

This honey-process lot was produced by Juan Camilo Londoño, on his family’s farm Finca Los Angeles which he manages.

Sitting 1820 metres above sea level in the mountainous Apia region of Risaralda, Colombia, the climate and terroir provide optimal conditions for coffee cultivation.

Camilo Londoño combines traditional practices with innovative techniques to elevate the quality of his coffee. This Castillo microlot was processed via the honey method, where mucilage is left on the coffee bean during the drying process, producing a cup with heightened sweetness, fruity complexity, and a characteristic syrupy body.

In the cup, this coffee tastes like peach and mango, with maple syrup-like sweetness.
