This limited release Timor Leste Organic coffee showcases organic beans grown in the mountainous Maubisse region at 1500 to 1600 metres above sea level. The high elevation and fully washed processing create a clean, structured cup with soft lychee, sweet spice, apricot and almond notes, a sticky body, tart malic acidity and a gentle walnut finish.
