Yara

This washed coffee comes from Yara Estate in Kiambu, Kenya, and is grown in rich red soil at high altitude. The ripe cherries are handpicked and carefully processed through sorting, fermentation, and washing, then slow-dried for great flavor. The cup is clean and bright, with juicy cranberry, lively lime acidity, smooth caramel sweetness, and a balanced finish with lingering sweetness.
