Unión Ramal Santa Cruz

Experience the vibrant character of our Mexico SHG Unión Ramal Santa Cruz, a premium single origin coffee from the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico. Grown between 1,200–1,800 metres above sea level, this coffee delivers a juicy bodywith grapefruit acidity, complemented by notes of red apple, orange, and black pepper.

Produced by members of Agropecuaria de los Altos de Chiapas (AAC), a cooperative representing more than 1,000 smallholder coffee farmers, this coffee is cultivated using organic and Fairtrade farming practices that support both local communities and environmental sustainability.

Carefully pulped, fermented, washed, and sun-dried, the result is a clean and balanced cup that showcases the bright fruit character and complexity of Chiapas specialty coffee.
