Peru is one of the world's top Fairtrade Organic producing origins. Farmers grow Inga trees to provide shade for their coffee, these trees attract hummingbirds, parrots, warblers and tanagers. The farmers also maintain small nurseries on their farms to raise seedlings to replace aging trees.
