Seven Trees Coffee roasts in Falcon, WA, and began in 2018. The roaster works from a shop, roasts small batches and grows coffee trees on site. Single origins make up most of the beans, from Ethiopia, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Papua New Guinea, India and Vietnam. Miti Saba is a natural Ethiopian from Sidamo with blueberry, dark chocolate and lemon notes. Kahawa La La is a Mexican decaf with green apple notes.
