Hadeso

Two powerhouse Ethiopian coffee-growing regions represented in the one cup. Local producers dotted across Sidama and Shakiso in the Guji zone made the journey to Hadeso washing station—named after its nearest kebele (village)—to deliver their cherries for processing. From there, staff from Testi Coffee processed this lot natural, enhancing the sublime lime, berry, and tea notes already inherent in the coffee, and developed when the slow-ripening cherries were still on the tree. Omni-roasted for additional versatility and enjoyment.
