What The Blind Coffee Roaster say
Geisha is the most celebrated varietal in specialty coffee, and this lot from the high-altitude volcanic estates of the Ecuadorian Andes is a rare example of it at its finest. Grown at 1,600–1,850 MASL, certified organic, and processed using the washed method, every element of production is designed to preserve the varietal’s extraordinary delicacy. Roasted medium to showcase clarity and sweetness without losing a single floral note.
This is a coffee that doesn’t shout. It unfolds slowly - perfume-like on the nose, tea-like in structure, and silky through to a lingering finish. For those who prefer discovery over boldness.
