Grown at 1,500 to 1,900 metres in Colombia's Risaralda region by smallholder farmers working through local cooperatives, this Caturra and Castillo blend is fully washed and roasted light to medium to let the origin speak clearly. Bright, sweet, and exceptionally clean.
