Sow Coffee Project started in 2019 and roasts at the Guesthouse co-roastery in Coburg North, Melbourne. The roaster buys green coffee from Melbourne importers to build relationships along the supply chain. Sakura Blend is a natural-process blend of Ethiopian coffees for espresso or filter, with cherry, raspberry and honeysuckle notes. El Motmot is a natural-process decaf from Chiapas, Mexico, with red apple and almond praline notes. Other roasters also sell coffee from Linarco Rodriguez, Nossa and Uyara.
