Our Cordillera decaf is from smallholders in the Planadas and Canon de las Hermosas region in Colombia. The sugarcane decaffeination process allows the beans to maintain sweetness and integrity of flavour.

Our Colombian Cordillera decaf is from smallholders in the Planadas and Canon de las Hermosas region. The sugarcane decaffeination process uses Sugarcane Ethyl Acetate to remove caffeine from the beans. This process enhances sweetness whilst maintaining the integrity of flavour.
