Kayon Mountain is a family run farm in Guji, owned by Ismael Hassen Aredo. Coffee grows under native shade, supported by local workers and community projects, with careful harvesting and a constant focus on great quality.
This coffee is fully washed. After pulping, the coffee undergoes an immersion fermentation in water for 48 hours to remove the mucilage. It is then dried on raised beds.
